There is severe systolic failure. The estimated LVEF is < 30%. The RV appears dilated, being more than 2/3 the size of the LV. Although it is not visualized clearly in the apical 4C view, there is a suspicion of reduced RV systolic function. There are no concerning features for aortic or mitral pathology. There is no pericardial effusion & the IVC is plethoric.
