The FoCUS study shows all the recommended views and more. There is LV systolic failure. Visually estimated EF is <30%. RV size and function are normal. There is mild calcification of the aortic valve leaflets, likely representing aortic sclerosis. The pericardial space is clear. The IVC is dilated with minimal respiratory variation.
