Cardiac 3
This patient was seen in the HD unit. She has a history of newly diagnosed Metastatic Ca Breast. She was admitted with hypotension. What view is this ? What are the echo findings ? How will you manage the patient ?

This is a subcostal 4 chamber TTE view.
The patient has fluid in the pericardial space.
This is could be tamponade. When assessing this echo clip for tamponade, it is easier to freeze the clip and review it frame by frame. In tamponade, there will be evidence of RA and RV diastolic collapse.
